 We
established the joint venture An-Shin Food Services, Co., Ltd. in 1990 and opened
our first store, Xin Sheng South Rd., in Taipei in February 1991. Currently, we
have more than 100 stores in districts that include Taichung, Tainan, and Kaohsiung.
In Taiwan, where Japanese foods are quite popular, MOS Burger is well known as
one of the Japanese tastes. The popular lines are the "MOS Rice Burger"
and "MOS Chicken". In addition, the "MOS Rice Burger with Ginger
Pork" and the "MOS Rice Burger with Fried Seafood" are in great
demand. |

We established the joint venture MOS Foods Singapore Pte Ltd.
in 1992 and opened our first store, Isetan Scotts, in Isetan, a Japanese department
store on Orchard Street, in May 1993.
We have 22 stores in Singapore where MOS Burger is widely known to the local population.
The popular lines are the "MOS Rice Burger" and "Teriyaki Chicken
Burger". The popular local side dish "Butterfly Prawns" was newly
launched in Japan as "Butterfly Shrimps" for Japanese tastes in October
2005.
 In
April 2005, MOS Foods Singapore Pte Ltd. obtained ISO 14001 certification, the
international standard for environmental management systems. It is the first overseas
affiliated company of MOS food services, as well as the first food service company
in Singapore, to pass the standard. |

 We opened the first shop of Hong Kong in October, 2006.
The shop is in a food court of “APM” which is a large shopping mall in
Kwun Tong located in the suburbs of Hong Kong. |

The shop is in “CentralWorld” which is a very large shopping mall located
at downtown Bangkok. |
