    November   Anshin Food Services Co., Ltd. is established as a joint venture in Taipei, Taiwan

1991 February Anshin Food Services opens its first MOS Burger outlet in Taipei, Taiwan

2001 July All hamburger buns are upgraded to contain wheat germ, and both "MOS Burger" and "Teriyaki Burger" are renewed in all elements
    October   "Mamedori (Japanese cuisine)" outlet opens
    December   Sales of "MOS Rice Burger Kaisen-Kakiage" begin
2002 July Expand outlet base for "HOT SPOT" where wireless LAN services are available in partnership with NTT Communications Co.
    October   First outlet of "Kitchen MOS" (now named
"80°C"), a fast casual format, opens
    December   MOS Food Services sells its controlling interest in NAKAU, Inc. to Nichimen Corporation.
 
2003 January "Dinner Menus" are introduced to 1,000 outlets of MOS Burger
    February   Feasibility test begins for a new system to deliver food materials and simultaneously collect food waste by the same vehicle.
    April   MOS Farm Internet Shopping, an e-commerce through Company home page, is opened to market organic agricultural produce.
    June   Experiment of "Pick Up & Delivery Service" begins in the metropolitan area in collaboration with Strawberry Corns Co.(The experiment ended on May 31, 2005. )
    August   Nippon's Burger "Takumi" and "Takumi Cheese" are introduced.
    October   "Stefan GRILL" (steak and hamburg restaurant) outlet opens
 
2004 January Nippon's Burger "Takumi Lettuce" and
"Takumi Lettuce Cheese" are introduced.
    February   First "Green MOS (Fast Casual restaurant)"
outlet opens.
    March   Obtains ISO14001 certification,
an international standard for environment
management systems.
    April   Sales of "MOS Rice Burger MisoKatsu" begin in Tokai area only.
    June   Sales of a series of "Mos's Natsumi" begin.
    August   Issued Environmental Report.
    October   Sales of Nippon's Burger "Takumi Avocado Wasabi" begin.
2005 March Sales of Nippon's Burger "Takumi Judan" begin in Green MOS outlets only.
    April   MOS FOODS SINGAPORE PTE LTD obtains ISO14001 certification, an international standard for environment management systems.
    April   "AEN TABLE" (buffet style restaurant AEN featuring seasonal vegetable food) opens.
    April   Next generation fast casual "Dick Bruna" model outlet opens.
    April   First "caffè leggero", a new style outlet of the "MOTHER LEAF" opens.
    June   Issues Social-Environmental Report 2005.
    July   Starts providing product information such as allergy via the new POS register (P5).

2006 January Distributes free "MOS Burger Emergency Whistles" to Children at MOS outlets across the country (1,217 stores as of November 2005) registered with regional police stations in the "Emergency Call 110 from Children" program.
    February   Old-style MOS Burger outlet (reproduction of the first MOS Burger outlet) opens.
    April   Outlets providing "delivery services" increase.
    April   Starts using healthy cooking oil in all outlets.

2007 January Agricultural production company Sun Grace established.
    February   “Eco-Leaf Environmental Label” certification obtained for fresh vegetable delivery system.
    March   First MOS BURGER store opened in Central World (large-scale shopping center) in Bangkok, Thailand.
    April   “MOS Burger” and “Teriyaki Burger” also renewed, starting with totally hamburger patty meat changed to a mixture of ground beef and pork.
